Context :
With remote work and the fusion of personal and professional space and time, we are trying our best not to disturb our staff when the normal office hours are over.
Some people may still choose to continue working outside of normal time but would like to avoid disturbing their teammates with unnecessary email notifications when they handle Jira Issues.
Question :
Is there a way to set off work days and hours during which the notifications are held and sent only during normal work time?

The simple answer is no. The only thing I can think of is tell your users to map all jira notifications to different folders in their email and don't look at them if it is not business hours :)
Realistically it is up to the worker to know and set their limits. My opinion is that I would like to get a notification as soon as something happens whether or not I look at it.
