We have recently made a migration from a JIRA.domain account to a JIRA cloud account.
There will be a handover of one developer to the other in the coming weeks. We are in a transition period where the actual developer finalizes some development work on existing tickets. I'd like to know if there is a way to synchronize the existing tickets in the two JIRA accounts?

Any reco? Thank you!

Hi @Géraldine Godurowski , what exactly do you need to synchronize? Certain fields, comments, attachments? Do you mean that you have two different instances, and you need to synchronize issues between the different instances?

Jira tickets themselves are not stored in an individual's account, so if the current and the future developer will be working in the same instance, they should have access to all the same issues. The new developer will get permissions in the instance, and the old developer's account can be deactivated/removed.

@Julie d_Antin _Elements_ Yes I believe we have now two distinct instances. The actual developer keeps editing existing tickets and creates new ones in his JIRA software mainly to report his time, while we have migrated all tickets in the JIRA cloud for the new developer...
