Can we update Resolution field other than issue transitions(REST API)?

Is there any option to update the "Resolution" other than issue transitions?

Pls let me know if anyone has an idea on the same..

If you are trying to fix issues you can add the resolution to the edit screen and use the bulk edit function to set them, then remove it from the edit screen. You would want to do this off hours

@[deleted] you can change the resolution from the edit screen if you add it there, yet is not recommended at all since it will cause you more trouble than any other thing.
