Hi @Lisa Robinson,
No, unfortunately the calendar view is only available in Jira Work Management (Business projects) and Jira Service Management has a change calendar.
There is a feature request for Jira Software that you can track here: JSWCLOUD-23094. Or you could search for extensions in the Atlassian Marketplace in the meantime, depending on what needs you would like to cover.
Hope this helps!

Can I ask another question please?
Is it possible to set up a hierarchy equivalent to Epic>Task>Subtask in the Email Campaign template (https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/templates/email-campaign). I read somewhere that you could but the hierarchical relationship won't be reflected in the list view?
Thanks
Lisa

If that is still true, then how can it be, that I can add in my personal ( free ) jira account a new software project and add the calendar view.
But I cannot find the same option in my work jira. Also the feature request is still unassigned anot not marked done.
@Walter Buggenhout Please clarify!
