Within notification emails, we'd like for the fields to be displayed in a certain order. Right now, they aren't in any particular order. Can this be adjusted?
I think a Jira administrator can customize email content. I haven't done this myself, but, there is documentation:

I failed to mention that this is for the cloud version of Jira Core to where you cannot modify email templates natively.
