For example, the only statuses on our JIRA Sprint Board that count as "Done" are "Complete" or "Closed".
We would like to have a "Ready for Integration" status count as "Done" because a lot of the time, we are ready to integrate but cannot do so because of a Business or vendor blocker. This messes with our velocity.
Hi Meagan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Cards for Sprints are only considered Done or Complete if they are in the very last column on the board (far right), regardless of the status the card is in. So you need to map your "Ready for Integration" status to the very last column of the Sprint board.
Can this be changed? This is a ridiculous way to define a task as done. We have multiple DONE statuses, such as "DONE" and "NOT NEEDED" and randomly picking whichever column we put on the right seems odd, and confusing.
If you find out during the sprint that something is not needed, then you don't want to delete the task, but keep it for historical reasons. It also doesn't make sense to mark it as DONE, as you didn't actually do it! Hence the "NOT NEEDED" done status.
Moreover, if you change which DONE column is furthest to the right, you also change the burndown/up and velocity of completed sprints! Why do you have the ability to select multiple "done" statuses anyway? Can you change this so that *all* done statuses counts as Done for sprints?

I understand your concern but solution you are looking for is not correct.
Ideally, you should use the control chart to monitor the average time spent in 'Ready for Integration' status and try to reduce that by discussing with stakeholders.
To your original question, it can be achieved by mapping statuses to columns. Go to Board->Configure-> Columns to map statuses to columns

"The solution [...] is not correct" => I don't agree.
Scrum teams should adapt their Definition of Done so that they are able to deliver increments within the timeframe of a sprint.
Meagan should try to reduce time spent in that column, but if that solution has already been tried, then they can adapt their definition of done instead. There should always be some sort of business validation, but that could also be done by the PO instead of stakeholders.

Never mind, I just wasn't aware that you could put multiple statuses in one column - see the DONE column in the image below. This fixes the issue.
Just go to Board
Then Configure Board (which you can find under the ... menu)
Then you can do this:
