Can you create a trigger in Jira from a Cognito Form that is filled out?

Hello Everyone,

I am new to Jira and trying to set up a good work flow. We use Cognito Forms daily. I was wondering if there is a way when a Cognito Form is filled out to have it automatically create a task in Jira? 

Are there any special Apps that you have to add on for this feature?

Hello Jamie,

you can use Zapier plugin to integrate Jira and cognito,if you dont want plugin you can use issue collector feature in to capture the feedback/response.
