We have a custom field which is a Select List (multiple choices) that we want to make a required field. I have set the field as required in field configurations, but the system has a default value chosen from the start. Therefore, a user is not forced to select any values from the list before creating the ticket.
Is there anyway to make sure that no values are selected by default when creating a ticket?
Solved! In order to unselect the current default value from the list, I had to hit ctrl+space (or command+space for Mac) and then click on the selected default value. It was then deselected and no default value is left

if there are not inconvenients, and the field is required... You can Set the default value for this field, not informated.
