How i can dont view issues whit status in cancel in the view backlog?

If I correctly understand your problem you have to configure columns on your board.

A simple case that can help is you increment the filter you are using your backlog/board with the following JQL:

AND status != Canceled

If that's not enough, come back with more details and some screenshots for us to evaluate.
