Cancel subscription (JIRA)

I have canceled my subscription (JIRA), but still, it shows that it's pending for cancellation after a week. When it will be removed from the account.

he maintenance of your OnDemand account is handled in my.atlassian.com.

To cancel your subscription login to my.atlassian.com and select the '+' key to expand your subscription. There is a 'Cancel Subscription' link available for your account.

Yes. I have already done the same. But still my subscription is not cancelled.
