After purchasing the Jira software using the standard monthly or annual plan, if we would like to cancel, can we do it within a certain number of days?
Here’s what the Atlassian article says:
You can request a refund for your cloud subscription within a stipulated period from your payment date.
If these stipulated periods are over, Atlassian cannot offer refunds.
