Cannot Add Parent for Specific Epic

Nextgen project: I'm trying to assign a Parent/Epic to a story, but only a handful of Epics are displaying as options in the dropdown. When I search by keyword, the Epic doesn't show. I've never had this issue before.

Viewing Story - clicked on the 3 dots menu options

Clicked on Add Parent

Typed in parent name (also scrolled through entire list) - Epic is not displaying in dropdown list

Found the ticket addressing this issue.
