Cannot Change Assignee and Status, Jira down?

By today since 10 minutes ago cannot change the Ticket Status and assign and also sometime cannot open jira ticket

You can check the availability of Atlassian Cloud services at https://status.atlassian.com/. 

There seems to be no downtime. There may be a problem with your Jira Cloud instance. You can try to contact Atlassian Support directly https://support.atlassian.com/
