I try to find "AutoBlocks" in Marketplace but is missing.
May I perform installation plugin "AutoBlocks for Jira" for my Jira v8.8.1 ?

The App is not yet available for Version 8.8.1, it supports only up to 8.5.8.
You can try to reach out to the support of the vendor and ask if they can support 8.8.1 also.
Then it should appear in the marketplace.
