Cannot See Reporter Field

I have a user who is in all the appropriate permission groups for multiple projects, but cannot be assigned issues or actually see the "Reporter" field. I tried adding in the "Reporter" field because I thought it may just be out of view and not selected, but the options isn't even there to add it.  Thoughts? Thanks!

Check that they have the "set reporter" permission in the project, and to get them on the assignee list, check for "can be assigned issues"

It's likely that you can't add the reporter field because it's already there.

The owner of the project decided to give this person admin rights to the project. That solved everything. Thanks.
