Cannot add individual users to Tempo teams without Jira Software access

I want to delete some users form Tempo, we are paying cost to people who don't require access to tempo. could you please confirm how can we do this?

And also confirm how can we add users in tempo with out any other jira service access.

The license tier for apps that are installed on JIRA needs to match the highest Jira application tier. So removing Tempo access for users does not change the cost for the license (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/apps-and-user-license-1085186444.html).

Users who do not have access to JIRA can not be added to Tempo Teams.

@Aswini Ravella If your problem is how to remove a user from a group, then follow this path: parameter > user management > directory > Group > select the group in question
