Cannot add more than 50 issue sources to new Advanced Roadmaps Plan

I have cloned all of my teams current issue sources/filters from our current iteration of Jira and started to create a plan in Advanced Roadmaps, however I am experiencing some blockers - the first one that has knock on effects is that I seem to be locked out of adding more than 50 filters/issue sources to the advanced roadmap plan.

I followed the steps here to configure the issue sources: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/troubleshoot-missing-issues-in-advanced-roadmaps-1044784180.html

After adding 50, I was unable to see any more of the filters I had set up in the drop down search, and add them to the plan.  I have triple confirmed the filters/issue sources still exist, but I can't pull them into the plan - is there a cap on 50 or another way I can add my remaining filters/issue sources?

Hi @Kate Roberts!

This is something that we handle without limits in minware if you are open to 3rd party solutions. Our plug and play dashboard combines version control, ticketing, and calendar data to automate reporting and we have just launched a new predictive roadmap.

Our roadmap can be broken down by epic, or task assignee, and you can expand each epic to view the progress of stories or tasks if that is of interest to you. We also provide visibility into dependencies and weigh weekends to help make your roadmap as reliable as possible.

Hello @Kate Roberts

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Your post is tagged that you are using Jira Cloud. Is that correct? If so, you are referencing incorrect documentation. The document link you provided is for Jira Server/Data Center, as indicated by the highlighted button.

This page talks about Plan limits for Advanced Roadmaps in Jira Software Cloud.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/limits-on-plan-size-in-advanced-roadmaps/

This open issue also talks about limits:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-19536

I have not found documentation about a limit to the number of Sources (filters) you can select, but there is a limit to the number of projects that can be included (100) and there can be a performance impact if you select more than 4 sources, per the documentation above.
