Cannot add people to access board.

I'm adding people to reach board as normal, and everything is fine. But I cannot add specifically one people and he is not getting any invitation e-mail? What should I do?

Hi @Giray UZUN 

Make sure you have the Jira Administrator, Project Administrator or Board Administrator to configure the board that you can add people to board.

You should check the Assignable permission or make sure that the user you want to add who exist in Jira by navigating to Jira settings > User Management > Invite user 

Note: You need to have the Jira admin or Site admin rights to do this
