Cannot attach image into comment

This issue happens about a week ago. Now I cannot attach image to my comments which I used to be able to.

After adding the image, the loading appears but there is no loading progress for sometimes. Then it returns "Fail to Upload"

I've tried to clear cache, re-log in but couldn't fix it.

Welcome to the Community!  That's strange. Can you try using a different browser or incognito? Are other users having similar issues? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. I've tried a different browser (Chrome and Edge) and also incognito mode. Other users in my project team are not having similar issues.
