We cannot view issue in "Detailed View" on Issue Dashboard. It caused by an error on JIRA 6.0.6.

Problem detected with plugin "JIRA Toolkit Plugin". this version https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.toolkit/versions#b164 for JIRA 6.0.6

check for this error by disabling all custom and third party plugins, still if get same erro then submit support request here with logs
