Cannot change project theme. Because I cannot see option to log time ( workLog) on issue

Cannot change project theme. Because I cannot see option to log time ( workLog) on issue.

One of my project not allow me to add log time (worklog) and inside the setting option i can only see few option only.

Please check do you have Work on Issue permission or not.

For this, you need to Contact your administrator.

Yes. I have Admin rights and site admin also. Ok. Where to check this "Work on issue " permission ?

I have created some other project also , but that projects don't have this issue and have lot of options in project setting.

You need to get into the project settings. You do not appear to be logged in as an admin in your screenshot,
