Cannot close Sprint - button not there

Hello, I am a Jira SysAdmin. I have multiple open sprints I want to close/complete. The button is not available. I have cleared all filters. I have closed sprints in the past so not sure what changed. I have also reindexed

Hi Janet,

Have you checked the permissions for all projects in your board? You need to have the "manage sprints" permission in those projects. If the board filter is complex it can be hard to know which projects you need to have permissions for. Also, if you previously could open and close sprints in that board, the filter may have been changed to include new projects.
