Cannot configure jira using Jira bot in Google chat

I am trying to connect jira project to google chat room using Jira Bot.

Added Jira Bot and the bot is asking for a domain in atlassian.net to configure jira.

But we dont have an address in atlassian.net, so I tried with our jira address which is like domain.ijra.com

After typing @[deleted] connect domain.jira.com , a configure button appeared and o clicking that button redirected to jira page. But on the bottom side there is an error message ERROR: KWAGX5

How to solve this?

Seems your bot only works with Jira Cloud and you use Jira Server or Jira Data Center if your domain is not on atlassian.net 

If I'm right, the solution for you can be to use the app that supports Jira Server as well, for example https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/myjirabot/356241633230

I opened a support ticket with JIRA let me see if they respond. This is really a bummer.
