I want to connect Jira cloud to Github organization. My steps:
1. Go to app market
2. Get "Github for Jira". App successfully installs
3. Click to "Get started"
4. I am redirected to URL "https://sabyrovadil.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.github.integration.production/github-post-install-page" where i see long loading screen, after then i see this:
I am sure that i am administrator both in github and jira.
Please help with this problem
Hi Arsik,
I am working as a pre-sales engineer at Exalate.
For a Jira Cloud <-> Github integration, I have been using Exalate for this exact use-case. It jumped instantly in my thoughts when reading your questions.
It is an integration solution that works super fast in my opinion. It provides robust syncronization capabilities and you can granuarly decided what you want to send to the other side and how you want to apply receiving information.
Please find a video here: Jira Cloud <-> Github
@Zhanarys hey there. If you're open to the idea of using a 3rd party solution for this - check ZigiOps . It connects jira & github immediately, syncs all the data in real-time and can easily be customized to fit different use cases. Does not store any of your data and is fully no-code. Feel free to explore the ZigiOps platform.
