Cannot convert issues to subtask "Errors"

I can not convert the task into a sub-task. I get an error. This problem manifests in all projects in Jira.

This problem is definitely not related to the error that the Jira shows me.

This issue could  because of  browser extension(s) that is blocking HTTP header transfer or Javascript from loading.

Please refer below atlassian document on this and you need to disable browser extension.
