Have tried to create and save an issue in my Jira cloud account and it will save and create the issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
No, but I'm only a light user of Cloud, so I'm less likely to see it.
When you say it "cannot create", what is the problem? Does it return you to where you were before with no message? Hang while creating? Or is there an error message?
Happened only for an hour or so, then back to normal. No error message, when you click "Create" in the create issue lightbox, nothing happens no error, no page refresh or any discernible reaction at all.
Our entire production team works off Jira so it is very noticable when there is downtime.

Hi George, Yes, it started working again. I captured the error details and sent to support and it was fixed fairly quickly. I should have followed up with you sooner. - Cheers, Dean
