Cannot create public dashboards

I tried to create a public dashboard to show the tasks that my team is working on to my coworkers. But I can't.

I read this text: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/prevent-or-remove-public-access/, followed the steps and does not work.

How do I create public dashboards?

Do you want it to be available to only logged in users of your Jira instance, or available to people who are not logged in?

The page that you are referencing is about making the dashboards available to logged in and/or not logged in users.

What steps are you executing specifically to try to make the dashboard public?

When you say it "isn't working" what do you mean? Are other logged in users not able to find your dashboard? If you give them a URL to use, what happens when they try to use it?

Do you have the Global Permission for "Share dashboards and filters"?

Do the users have Browse Projects permissions for the projects for which issues are displayed in the dashboard?
