Cannot create site

I get this error every time I try to create the site. Sales support was unable to help. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple operating systems, and also in incognito mode. No dice. I would like to purchase a decent subscription soon, but it is impossible for me to do so if I cannot set up a site.

This is totally a guess on my part, but here are some things to consider.

1. I wonder if the hyphen is causing an issue. You could try it without that. 
2. Or, do you already have a free version of that site, and what you really want to do is upgrade it to a paid version? 
3. You have asked the questions of the community, but you might be better off to create a Support Ticket with Atlassian proper.

It resolved on its own after several days of waiting.

Atlassian Sales Support actually directed me to try here because they were unable to determine the cause of the issue.
