Cannot edit field or screen configurations

I cannot edit or create a new field configuration or screen configuration. I have admin rights to the project. When I go to Project Settings > Fields, it lists only the Default Field Configuration with no buttons to edit the default or add a new configuration. The same happens when I go to Project Settings > Screens. Is this an issue due to permissions or something else?

Hi @Wubing Ye You will require a Jira administrator permission to create/edit the field configuration, screen or any schemes in Jira.

Please confirm if you able to view this options for your account to confirm if you have Jira admin access or Just a project admin access

I see. It seems like I only have project admin access.
