Hi there!
We are starting to use Jira and Greenhopper to manage our projects and we have ben spending 2 days trying to figure out how to configure it... We finally found how to install Greenhopper, but we weren't able to install the plugins in our system dashboard. We have this issue :
There are problems with the current configuration for this gadget. The errors below may have been caused by the deletion of entities required by the gadget or by changes to your permissions.
gh.license.bad.string
Yours,
Réda, if you are on Atlassian OnDemand, please ensure that you have configured your Atlassian OnDemand subscription in https://my.atlassian.com as mentioned by Faisal.
In there, expand your Atlassian OnDemand subscription > click Configure > add GreenHopper. Your GreenHopper OnDemand should be enabled shortly afterwards.
Hey there, Reda.

Hi Reda,
Normally the gh.license.bad.string indicates that your GreenHopper license had expired, hence the error will be displayed when adding GreenHopper gadgets in the dashboard. Hence, can you kindly check if your GreenHopper license is still active at the current moment?
If your current GreenHopper license had expired, then you may generate an evaluation license for GreenHopper by logging in to https://my.atlassian.com/. You may then copy the license and update it to your GreenHopper by going to Administration > Plugins > Manage My Plugins > Atlassian GreenHopper > License key.
I hope that the information helps!
Cheers.
