Cannot link issue in JIRA with confluence page. Gives an error message. What to do?

When I try to associate a jira request with a confluence page, I get the error: "There is no Confluence Application Link configured that matches the URL. You can search for pages from linked Confluence instances or add the URL as a Web Link. "

How to fix it?
