Since yesterday, I cannot access my JIRA tasks through neither the Board page, nor Backlog. I get the following error:
ERROR: ZDSA0H
Of course, I've tried reloading the page. However, I've also tried relogging and I've checked from a colleagues account that the account I'm trying to access these pages from is still an administrator account. No luck, I still get the same error.
When I tried to log in to JIRA with the same account from a private window, I get this infinite load:
Does anyone have any tips how to fix this please?
Hello @Adam Dobiáš,
Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!
Checking the details of your account (the one you are using here in the community), it doesn’t return any Cloud site associated with it.
Further checking, I found a ticket that you created a while ago and you used another email address that is also not associated with any Cloud site.
Are you facing this issue with the email address that ends with .com or .cz?
Is your Cloud site on a Standard or Premium plan? If so, since you mentioned you are an admin, you could raise a request as Alexander recommended.
I can see that you created a ticket with our customer advocates, but you didn’t mention the SEN number or the Cloud URL and for better help, it would be necessary these details so we can also check the logs of your site to see what is causing the issue.
Since the ticket you created is private to only you and us from Atlassian, would you mind adding a comment there with the SEN number or URL?
I’m asking for this information because none of your emails return a Cloud site.
Kind regards,
Angélica
Hi, @Adam Dobiáš !
I've found the similar question with answer from Atlassian Team:
This issue usually appears when you don't have a license for the product you are trying to access, for example, if someone adds a license for Confluence only, if you access Jira you will see this message.
Can you please go to Administration > Users and check if your profile has access for all products?
Also I recommend you to raise the support request - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Adam Dobiáš
It is a strange error, if you have tried with an incognito window on the computer, it only occurs to me to tell you to delete the cookies from it or to check that although the user with whom you are trying to connect, it does not matter if he is an administrator, make sure that he has access to the instance correctly and has not changed the groups or accesses that were assigned prior to failure
Cheers

Hi @Vero Rivas thanks for your answer. Yes I'm granted full (admin) access and access nor groups have been changed recently. So I'm running out of ideas why this could be happening.
