Cannot log in to Could Jira - get "You've already requested access"

I got an email message below.

Your subscription will be cancelled soon
Hi Yoshifumi Tsuda,
This is a final reminder that your Jira site, ytsuda.atlassian.net, will be disabled on 2022-07-12 if it continues to remain inactive. At that point, you’ll lose access to Jira and your data will be permanently deleted soon after.
Log back in before 2022-07-12 to maintain access to Jira.

But I cannot log in to ytsuda.atlassian.net with message below.

How can I log in to ytsuda.atlassian.net?

Hi @Yoshifumi Tsuda ,

If a Free site is dormant for 3 months, Atlassian will suspend the site. If after 6 months, the site remains inactive, Atlassian will delete the site.

As your site has been deactivated due to inactivity,  Contact Atlassian to request reactivation.

As your site has been deactivated due to inactivity,  Contact Atlassian to request reactivation by going to https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing

This site has not been deactivated yet. As the message mentioned, this site will be deactivated on 2022-07-12. I need to login before the date.
