Cannot make suggestion

I logged in to Atlassians public JIRA

https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%3DJRACLOUD%20AND%20type%3DSuggestion%20AND%20statusCategory!%3DDone%20ORDER%20BY%20updated

to make a suggestion for JIRA cloud. I can view all the issues without any problem, but when I want to create a new issue, I get a ton of projects to choose from, but Jira Cloud is absent from the list.

So how can I proceed and make a suggestion to Jira Cloud?

Hello @Roland Wiesinger 

Unfortunately, due to being overwhelmed by the volume of suggestions, many of which were duplicates, Atlassian removed the ability for people to add suggestions via JAC in 2023.

Refer to this article that described that change and how feature suggestions for their products are now made.
