Cannot release/remove some tickets from a JIRA Agile Kanban board

A handful of tickets refuse to leave my JIRA Agile Kanban board, even though I have used the Release button multiple times. Could you tell me what I am doing wrong? Other tickets disappear when I press the Release button but I have around 8 tickets that won't drop off the end. They get a new "Fix Version" every time I press the Release button, so they now have five or six fix versions, but whatever condition that makes them disappear from the board is not being met. Help is appreciated!

Hi,

Among the five or six Fix Version/s that you mentioned, do you notice if any of them is still unreleased? Please take note that all Fix Version/s must be released for an issue to be cleared off a Kanban board, assuming that you haven't changed the board's default Work sub-filter.

Thank you! That was it. I didn't realise that was what made issues remain on the board. Awesome :)
