Cannot see SumUp at the bottom of my filtered search

Hi everyone, 

I installed sumUp for jira, but I don't see the "Σ" at the end of my filtered search. Is there anything I'm missing here?

@Sami_Al-KhudriBest  choice is to  contact  Vendor  here,  sumUp for Jira    or  see documentation  on how  app  work,  to  see whether  or not  you  are missing something.
