Cannot see attachment option and not able to log time.

Hello, 

I do not see an option to attach a screenshot or image to my JIRA ticket. Also I cannot log my timings that section is greyed out. Can I please get some help with this ? Thanks!

Hi Minori  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Check the Permission Scheme for the project you are working with. 

The user should have permissions for Work on Issues under Time Tracking section.

And permissions for Create Attachments under the Attachments section.

Thank you so much for your response. It was the access issue, which is now provided to me by the admin. It is working now.
