I am attempting to import test cases into AIO with a CSV file. One of the fields I am trying to import is a multi select list. In my CSV I have separated the values for that field with semi-colons. However, I get an error every time that I attempt upload. Is there a way to successfully upload?

Hi @michael_burke3

You can import multi-select values into AIO by putting them on separate rows in your file. Also, ensure that the multi-select field is already present as a custom-field in AIO with appropriate values prior to importing.

If you face any issues, please feel free to reach out to us via help@aiotests.com.

Hi @michael_burke3 ,

If you are using (; - semi-colon) as a delimiter while export, you may need to use the same while doing import as well.

Kindly mention the delimiter as a (;) and cross verify the multi-select field values in the "Map fields" tab.

Hope this will fix it. But,if you are facing issue still, please attach the screenshot of all the process that you are doing.

Regards,
Yogesh
