Cannot view project versions or releases.

My project has many versions and releases. I added some a couple of weeks ago. When I tried yesterday I cannot view them in Project Settings/Versions.

In Chrome it just shows the Releases block at the top.

In Internet explorer it shows the Releases block at the top and a continuously spinning wheel.

I should add that I can still see the previous versions in the project summary.
