Cant associate a screen schema to issue types

I have created a new screen and screen schema (AOT: Scrum Reporting Issue Screen) for a project but it does not appear in the dropdown selector for "Associate an Issue Type with a Screen Scheme"

The problem is this dropwdown list is not alphabetically ordered like the others, its ordered by creation date so I needed to look at the bottom of the list and not next to the others

I think this is just an order-of-operations thing.  First you make the screen, then the screen scheme, then you associate the screen with the screen-scheme (that's the part I think you're missing), then you do the issue-type association.
