Cant delete attachments

I have 2 attachments I would like to remove.

They were not added as comments or in the description.

I have 2 versions of the same document, with the newest being an updated version. I have to remove the older version to prevent confusion.

I think that our Smart Attachments for Jira Cloud might become handy for you.

With our app you can add revisions to any attachment you have added to your Jira issue, avoiding any confusion. When you upload attachments with the same name, the Smart Attachments app automatically groups your attachments together under the file name. The latest version will be on top of the list. And you can view older versions, simply by clicking on your file.

Hi @David Smith and welcome,

make sure that you have Delete All Attachment permission. If you have Dele Own Attachment you can delete just files that you uploaded on ticket.

Please make sure you have the permission to delete all attachments.

We can delete the attachments, provided the required permission in place.
