Cant even see the log in screen for additional users- Unable to connect - please help

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have 3 computers and have purchased the Jira Download.
The one pc is registerd and an account was created. If i use any of the other two pc's to try to log into the jira database, i get the Unable to connect:
