Capacity Planning

Hello! Our team is new to Jira Cloud and are trying to use the advanced roadmaps for capacity planning but struggling with getting everything set up so we can see capacities. 2 primary questions below: 

1. Are we able do to capacity planning in Jira Cloud without needing to purchase additional add-ons?  In much of the online documentation, I see the below picture but I am struggling to configure my system to show this. 
2. Is there a way to alter capacity so it can allocate capacity based on team members via story points (not hours)?

If you considering using plugin I could recommend a resource planning plugin ActivityTimeline. ActivityTimeline provides clear visibility of your resources’ activities & utilization for individual users and even for the teams.

Advanced Roadmaps comes with Jira Premium. The view you are looking at is within the plan and yes the plan can be configured to use story points.

We have Jira premium but I still cant get it to show up with this view even if I have it configured to use story points. Can you explain a bit more on how to get the above view?

Clarification - the picture above was found on documentation of what one could do. However, we have not been able to actually get this view set up.
