Card colours not showing for all users

My colleague updated the card colours for our board. They show for her (the Project Lead) and for one other person who is a user, but not for myself or my other colleague (we are administrators).

I do not have access to change the colours myself.

As per a few other questions on this board, I've tried clearing cookies and using other browsers but nothing has worked yet.

Updating board settings will be granted for two teams 

1. who has created that scrum/kanban board.

2. who are part of jira administrators group.

Please ensure whether you are part of that admin group.
