Card status not showing in color

Hello community,

I managed to display the status on each card using the Card Layout section in the Board Settings, but it shows up as a grey text:

How can I manage to display the stauses as colored rectangles as shown below?

The coloured rectangles refer to the Epic that the issue belongs to. You can configure the colour for your Epic by looking at the Epics panel and clicking on the little drop-down array right next to the name of the epic.

Many thanks for your replies - you are absolutely right - it is an Epic, not a status!

I thought it was possible to display the status in the following format on the card:

Turns out it is only possible to be display it on the card as a gray text.

What problem are you trying to solve?

Each issue (card) on the board is in a status, mapped to a column.  So the status is already noted at the top of the column.
