Hello,

I'm admin of a jira board and we created several boards and several tasks/cards and allready assigned a status and some information to it. But everytime over night the tasks/cards disappear from the board. They're still accessible through "Tasks" but the don't appear on the board. Does anybody have any idea what could help?

Kind regards

Chris

Hi Christian, welcome to the Community.

I would start by inspecting the filter that defines the board and see if there is a smoking gun there that might explain why the issue are not being displayed. Be sure to check the Sub-filter for the board as well. All of this should be under the General page under board settings. I would also check your Quick Filters to see if something is further filtering your board.

Thank you for your answers, especially from Bielefeld (Sehen wir uns nicht in dieser Welt, sehen wir uns in Bielefeld :) )

But the solution was the following: The language for the index and the system were different. System language was German but the index was in english. I switched the index to German, started the index new and since two days everything works just fine.

Thanks a lot guys and kind regards and STAY SAFE!

Hi, check that all statuses are mapped to the board columns, check, if there is a filter on the resolution date for resolved issues...

It's all about the board filters & mappings.
