Cascading drop down custom field not showing up on Jira-Slack create issue screen

I have many custom fields, and all of them are showing up while doing /jira create from my Slack channel. The only service field that doesnt show up is a cascading drop-down (choose an option from the first drop-down, and then from a second related dropdown).

Is this a bug / unimpleented-feature, or is it as issue on my side?

@Muhammad Rahil - hi Muhammad! Which Jira integration Slack app are you using? If it's the Jira Cloud one (https://slack.com/apps/A2RPP3NFR-jira-cloud?tab=features), unfortunately the app doesn't support cascading select lists yet.

There are several marketplace add-ons that offer Jira-Slack integration.

You can read the docs and/or contact the vendor to determine if cascaded fields are supported.
