Casting Exception when tried to install plugin in jira

I am facing following error message when i tried to install any plugin in my jira.
com.icl.saxon.tinytree.TinyElementImpl cannot be cast to com.atlassian.plugins.domain.model.plugin.PluginVersion
My Jira version is :4.3
GreenHopper version :5.5.2
Universal plugin manager version : 2.3

We can install plugins in jira in 2 ways

Using UPM and second through manual installation.

Earlier if u installed using UPM and if it didn't work, now try installing manually

Steps

Download the plugin from Atlassian Plugin Exchange (now Atlassian Market place)

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/

Copy plugin into path <Jira Home Dir>/plugins/installed plugins (check the size after copying)

Restart Jira
