Chain issues after setup SSL

Hello,

We have installed Jira with an SSL certificate. If you navigate to our Jira environment everything works fine over SSL.

Now we want to link our Jira environment with Zendesk but there seems to be a problem with our SSL setup.

The support of Zendesk pointed out that there is certificate chain issue and that it is the cause of the link not working between Zendesk and Jira.

We followed the steps on how to set up SSL for Jira

Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

Gert,

Your best way to figure this out would be to go to https://www.sslshopper.com/ and check your SSL.   This should give you an idea of why the error is occurring.   I would contact the SSL provider with that error and ask for information on how to fix as they should be able to help.
