Change Date Format Fails For DueDate

I changed all required fields to change to german date format. It changed in Dashboard Widgets but didnt in Issue View.

Samething here, but when I changed AM:PM time to 24h clock, for every field.

As for your config settings, do you see time in 24h clock across jira?
